How we got here

Crosstie emerged from Harvard University's Innovation Lab with a simple question: What if claims workflows could be both more efficient and simpler?Our founders combined expertise in behavioral science, operational excellence, and technology to build a platform that reimagines how claims work. We studied what actually drives claim outcomes: clear communication, proactive guidance, early intervention, and seamless coordination across all parties.The result is the most configurable and comprehensive workflow orchestration platform in insurance.
